| Influence of large dose ulinastatin combined with alprostadil on inflammatory cells in patients with pyemia |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of large dose ulinastatin combined with alprostadil on inflammatory cells in patients with pyemia.Methods A total of 78 patients with pyemia treated in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional dose ulinastatin combined with alprostadil,the observation group was treated with large dose ulinastatin combined with alprostadil,the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The level of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-alpha,IL-10,WBC,CRP,Cr,ALT and other indicators,and adverse reactions and other specific circumstances were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The levels of TNF-a,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,IL-10 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of WBC,CRP,Cr and ALT after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),and no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of pyemia with large dose of ulinastatin combined with prostadil has good clinical effect.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of sepsis,prevent hepatorenal syndrome,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
