改良经括约肌间瘘管结扎术治疗单纯性经括约肌型肛瘘的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of modified ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract(LIFT)in the treatment of simple sphincter-type anal fistula.Methods A total of 116 patients with simple sphinctertype anal fistula admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research object,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group (58 cases)and the experimental group(58 cases).The control group was treated with routine LIFT,while the experimental group was treated with modified LIFT.Follow up was performed after operation.The postoperative clinical efficacy,operation time,hospital stay,postoperative pain score,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in the time of hospitalization between the two groups(P＞0.05).The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The VAS score of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The modified LIFT has a higher clinical efficacy in the treatment of simple sphincter-type anal fistula.It shortens the operation time,reduces postoperative pain score,improves the cure rate of patients,and reduces the incidence of postoperative complications.It is worthy of promotion.
