Influence of electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback on anorectal dynamics and sensations of pelvic floor dysfunction constipation |

Abstract Objective To observe the influence of electroacupuncture to double tianshu acupoints combined with biofeedback on anorectal dynamics and sensations of pelvic floor dysfunction constipation.Methods A total of 30 patients with moderate or above degree of pelvic floor dysfunction constipation from January 2017 to May 2018 in our hospital were selected as objects and treated by conventional therapies and electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback.The anorectal motility and sensory changes before and after treatment were compared.Results Anal resting pressure,maximum constrictive pressure,anal residual pressure,initial intentional sensation,sensory threshold volume after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionElectroacupuncture combined with biofeedback in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction constipation can improve the anorectal dynamics and sensations.
