米诺环素联合甲硝唑药膜对牙周病患者牙周状况及炎症因子水平的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the level of inflammatory factors and periodontal status of periodontal disease patients treated with Minocycline combined with Metronidazole.Methods A total of 98 patients with periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the reference group(n=49)and the research group(n=49).The control group was treated with Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment,and the study group was treated with Metronidazole combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment.The levels of inflammatory factors,clinical efficacy rate and periodontal status of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the level of IL-6 and CRP between after treatment and before treatment in the control group (P＞0.05).There was no statistical difference of IL-6 level after treatment compared with before treatment and CRP level in the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the level of IL-6 between the study group and the control group (P＞0.05).After treatment,the CRP level of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The clinical efficacy rate of the patients in the study group was 93.88%,which was higher than that in the control group(77.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The periodontal conditions such as gingival index,periodontal pocket depth,gingival bleeding index and plaque index in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Minocycline combined with Metronidazole in the treatment of patients with periodontal disease is good,which can not only make inflammatory factor levels drop,but also make periodontal condition of the patient markedly improved,it can play a certain role in promoting the quality of life of patients.
