Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application value of micro-implant anchorage in the treatment of oral orthodontic treatment of adolescents.Methods100 adolescents given oral orthodontic treatment treated in our hospital from August 20,2014 to May 22,2016 were selected as object. They were grouped according to their different treatment method, and there were 50 cases in each group. The control group received non-implant anchorage therapy, while the experimental group received micro-implant anchorage treatment.Treatment effect between the two groups was compared.ResultsThe treatment success rate (100.00%)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%),and the incidence of adverse reaction (discomfort, mild edema, oral infection)in the experimental group was obviously lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).In the experimental group, the incision angle difference and the convexity difference of the upper and middle incisors were greater than those of the control group, and molar displacement distance was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionAdolescent oral orthodontic treatment patients given the micro-implant support treatment can achieve a better effect, and the incidence of adverse reaction is lower, the application value is higher.
