| Application effect of comfortable nursing in burn patients |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing on pain score and stress state during burn wound dressing change.Methods From January 2015 to January 2018,120 burn patients hospitalized in the department of burn were selected as the research subjects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into in the control group (50 cases）and the study group (70 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the study group was given comfort nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain scores and stress state of the two groups were compared before and two weeks after the nursing.ResultsAfter nursing,the pain degree and anxiety score of the two groups were lower than those before nursing.The pain degree and anxiety score of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.005）.The salivary cortisol levels of the two groups improved compared with those before nursing,but the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.ConclusionFor the burn patients,taking comfort nursing care can obviously relieve the pain of the wound dressing,and reduce the stress response and speed up the recovery.It is worthy of clinical application.
