Abstract Objective Analyze the application effect of comfortable care in hematology care.Methods A totla of 78 patients with hematological malignancies treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as research subjects,the patients were randomly divided into two groups by lottery,39 cases in each group.The study group was performed comfort nursing and the control group was received routine nursing,the anxiety and depression scores,comfort scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,comfort scores and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.ConclusionApplying comfort care to hematologic diseases improves negative emotions,improve comfort and care satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
