路径式运动疗法对妇科腹腔镜子宫切除术后气腹并发症及生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of path based exercise therapy on pneumoperitoneum complications and quality of life after gynecologic laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 80 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postoperative care.The observation group was given the path exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.The postoperative pneumoperitoneum complications(shoulder pain and subcutaneous)occurrence and quality of life of emphysema and hypercapnia were evaluated.Results The total incidence of shoulder pain,subcutaneous emphysema and complications after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05）.Compared with the intervention,the two groups were significantly changed in the environment,psychological,physiological,social relations,general feeling and total score,and the observation group intervened.The above scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion It is helpful to reduce the postoperative complications of pneumoperitoneum and improve the quality of life in patients with gynecologic laparoscopic hysterectomy,which is worthy of clinical application.
