马来酸氯苯那敏联合维生素B12穴位注射治疗过敏性皮炎的效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Chlorphenamine Maleate combined with acupuncture point injection therapy of Vitamin B12Injection in the treatment of allergic dermatitis.Methods Sixty-two patients with allergic dermatitis who came to our hospital from April 2017 to October 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the treatment method,31 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with Chlorpheniramine Maleate combined with acupuncture point injection therapy of Vitamin B12Injection,the patients in the control group were treated with intramuscular injection therapy of Chlorpheniramine Injection combined with Vitamin B12Injection.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the improvement rate of the patients′condition were higher than that of the control group after one day,three days,and seven days,the total treatment efficiency were higher than that of the control group,after the patient was discharged from the hospital,the recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than the control group after 10 days,30 days,and 60 days,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Chlorphenamine Maleate combined with acupuncture point injection of Vitamin B12Injection in the treatment of allergic dermatitis is significant,it has a low recurrence rate,is worth promoting and applying.
