三药联用治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征重叠功能性消化不良的临床研究

Abstract Objective To study the clinical effect of three drugs combined with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome on functional dyspepsia.Methods Sixty patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with functional dyspepsia who were admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into two groups by lottery,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Montmorillonite Powder(3 g/time,3 times/d)+Domperidone(10 mg,3 times/d)pre-meal orally,patients in the observation group were given Mosapride(5 mg/time,3 times/d)on the above basis,oral 2 h after meal,4 weeks later,the clinical symptom scores,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).Clinical symptom scores in the observation group after treatment was(1.26±0.19)points,which was significantly lower than those in the control group of(4.53±0.36)points,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total treatment efficiency in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(43.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of three drugs in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with functional dyspepsia can effectively improve the patient′s clinical discomfort,has significant efficacy,safety,and is worthy of promotion.
