Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of targeted intervention in advanced age multipara pregnancy and childbirth.Methods Eighty-six advanced multiparae were admitted to department of gynecology and obstetrics,Zhuanyang Community Health Service Center of Zhuanyang street,Wuhan economic and technological development zone,from July 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases),the observation group was given targeted intervention,while the control group received regular inspection according to the doctor's advice.The tatal incidence of pregnancy complications (gestational hypertension,placenta previa,premature delivery,late pregnancy)and total satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of pregnancy complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion It is of high clinical value to implement targeted intervention during advanced age multipara pregnancy,it can ensure the safety of pregnant women and fetuses on the basis of reducing the incidence of complications,which is worthy of application and promotion.
