去骨瓣减压治疗双侧颅脑损伤的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of decompression and craniotomy for bilateral craniocerebral injury.Methods From July 2012 to December 2017,40 patients with bilateral craniocerebral injury were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to random number table method.The patients in the study group were treated with decompression of bone flap,while the patients in the control group were treated with unilateral standard large bone flap decompression.The treatment effect and the incidence of postoperative complications (acute encephalocele and incisional hernia)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 80.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(60.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications,such as acute encephalocele and incisional hernia,which was 20.00%in the study group,lower than that in the control group(55.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of bilateral craniocerebral injury with deossed-bone flap decompression is effective in improving the effective rate of clinical treatment,reducing the incidence of acute encephalocele and incisional hernia,and improving the prognosis of the patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
