| Application effect of high quality nursing in children with febrile convulsion |

Abstract Objective To compare the effect of high quality nursing and routine nursing in children with febrile convulsion.Methods 80 children with febrile seizures in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing care,and the observation group was received high quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing of febrile convulsion.The frequency of relapse,the time of convulsion,incidence of complications,the satisfaction of the family members and degree of the family′s knowledge of the related health were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing of the two groups,the recurrent frequency of febrile convulsion in the observation group was lesser than that of the control group(P<0.05）.The time of termination of convulsion was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05）.The total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05）.The total rate of family satisfaction and knowledge of related diseases were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing can reduce the frequency of convulsion recurrence,shorten the termination time of convulsion,reduce incidence of complications,enhance the satisfaction of the family to nursing and improve the degree of the family′s knowledge of related diseases.
