| Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients of the intensive care unit |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods 80 Critically ill patients admitted from February 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was received comprehensive nursing intervention,the two groups of comfort scores,anxiety scores,depression scores and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of comfort in both groups were significantly higher than those before nursing (P＜0.05）.The scores of anxiety and depression in both groups were lower than those before nursing (P＜0.05）,while the scores of comfort in observation group were higher than those in control group (P＜0.05）,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those of control group (P＜0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for ICU patients can effectively improve their comfort,reduce their anxiety and depression,and improve their satisfaction with ICU nursing.
