责任制护理结合APN排班扁平化管理模式在肝胆外科护理中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of primary nursing combined with APN scheduling flat-type management in nursing of hepatological surgery department.Methods 120 patients in the hepatological surgery department of Shangrao Second People′s Hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were selected.The patients with primary nursing from April to October 2017 were selected as control group,and the patients with primary nursing combined with APN scheduling flat-type management from November 2017 to May 2018 were selected as observation group,60 cases in each group.The nursing effects,nursing trust and satisfaction,nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results The disease cognition level,nursing trust and satisfaction,qualified rate of basic nursing,qualified rate of critical nursing,implementation rate of health education,qualified rate of nursing record sheets,qualified rate of quality inspection in observation group ([94.41±3.23])points,([97.35±1.27])points,100.00%,98.33%,98.33%,100.00%,100.00%)were higher than those in control group,and there were statistical difference(P<0.05）.Conclusion Primary nursing combined with APN scheduling flat-type management in nursing of hepatological surgery department can increase the patients′disease cognition,strengthen nursing trust and satisfaction and promote nursing quality.
