耳穴压豆联合网络信息化回访连续性干预在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the application effect of consecutive interventions of acupuncture and pressing network in the treatment of patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 193 patients with diabetes who were hospitalized during the period from June 2015 to September 2017 in Hukou County People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province were observed.They were divided into control group (96 cases)and experimental group(97 cases)by random number table method,，the control group was given routine care.On this basis,the experimental group was given a continuous intervention of auricular pressure bean+network information interview,and was compared the effect of the two groups of care.Results After nursing,the total compliance rate of dietary self-management compliance (96.91%)was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(81.25%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.The improvement of blood glucose level in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,there was statistical significance (P<0.05）.Conclusion The application of continuous intervention of ear acupuncture and pressing network informatization visits has significant effect.It can effectively improve the dietetic self-management compliance of diabetic patients and maintain ideal blood glucose level.The prognosis is good.
