喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗双向情感障碍的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect and experience of Quetiapine combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of bipolar disorder （BP）.Methods A total of 60 patients with BP treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the treatment time of the patients，they were divided into the control group and study group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Paroxetine,and the study group was combined with Quetiapine.Paroxetine therapy.Before treatment,treament with 14 d,28 d,42 d,and 56 d of Montgomerie depression scale(MARDS),Baker-Lavanmania （BRMS） scale,treatment effect and adverse reaction between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,14 d,28 d 42 d,and 56 d treatment of MARDS scale,BRMS scale,and treatment effect(P＞0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Quetiapine combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of BP is satisfactory.It can obviously improve the quality of life of the patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process is low,and the safety of the drug is high.
