| Application effect of high quality nursing service in elderly patients with silicosis |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing care in elderly patients with silicosis.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,78 elderly silicosis patients treated in Department of Respiratory Medicine in our hospital were selected as study objects.According to the order of the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group,39 patients in each group.The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the experimental group were given high quality nursing service.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter nursing intervention,all areas scores and total scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the elderly patients with silicosis,and is worthy of extensive clinical application.
