中医护理干预在高龄股骨颈骨折人工股骨头置换术患者术后的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture after artificial femoral head replacement.Methods A total of 56 patients with artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and were rondomly divided into the observation group and the control group,28 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group was given the nursing intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Hip joint harris score,incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results Hip joint harris score and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing intervention during perioperative period for patients with bone arthroplasty is beneficial to reduce the incidence of postoperative infection and improve nursing effect,which is worthy of practice and promotion.
