延续性护理在产妇产后护理中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect observation of continuous nursing on postpartum care in puerperae.Methods A total of 300 puerperae admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to July 2017 were selected as study subjects.They were equally divided into two groups according to the envelop randomization,150 cases in each group.In the regular group,participants were discharged from the hospital as usual,while in the experimental group,continuous nursing was provided after discharge.The self-care ability，postpartum depression score and social support score of the two groups were compared.Results The self-care ability of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the regular group (P＜0.05）.The postpartum depression score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the regular group.The incidence of mastitis and infection was significantly lower than that of the regular group (P＜0.05）.The social support score of the experimental group was significant higher than that in the regular group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Continuous nursing as an intervention for puerperae can facilitate their self-care ability,improve their postpartum depression as well as their post-natal quality of life,which is worth adopting.
