超选择性肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of transcatheter arterial chemo-embolization (TACE)treating primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods A total of 80 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma treated in Department of the Fifth People's Hospital of Ganzhou City from February 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the subject,and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases each group.Patients took the conventional anti-neoplastic drugs and TACE,respectively.The clinical effect,survival rate,gross tumor volume and alpha fetoprotein (AFP)values were probed.Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 and 12 months of treatment,the survival rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gross tumor volume of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and AFP values was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse event rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The TACE has an obvious effect in primary hepatic carcinoma patients,can greatly increase their survival rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
