妊娠合并糖尿病的临床研究现状

Abstract Diabetes in pregnancy including pre-gestational diabetes mellitus(PGDM)and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is an important disease which can lead to many adverse pregnancy outcomes.In recent years,the prevalence rate continues to rise,which is attracting more and more attention.Studies have shown that microbes are closely related to the metabolic diseases of pregnancy.The influence of gestation hyperglycemia on maternal body is abnormal glucose metabolism,cardiovascular disease,metabolic syndrome,and postpartum depression.The influence of the offspring is manifested by fetal death,malformation and other adverse pregnancy outcomes as well as the long-term occurrence of abnormal glucose metabolism and obesity.Early diagnosis of GDM has important clinical significance.Blood glucose management should run through the whole course of pre-pregnancy,pregnancy and postpartum.Good blood glucose control can improve the near and long term prognosis of mother and infant.Lifestyle intervention is the basic strategy of blood glucose management.Insulin is the first choice for drug treatment.The selection of basic insulin,which accords with the physiological secretion characteristics,is optimized treatment strategy.In this paper,the relevant research status at home and abroad is reviewed,in order to provide useful reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
