胫骨横向骨搬移治疗糖尿病足的研究进展

Abstract The application of lateral tibial bone transfer in the treatment of diabetic foot is not long,and the biological mechanism of lateral tibial bone transfer in promoting wound healing of diabetic foot ulcer is still unclear,and there is no consensus on the treatment standard.The biological mechanism of lateral tibial bone transfer in the treatment of diabetic foot can be summarized as follows.Using the tension-stress rule of ilizarov technique to promote vascular reconstruction and tissue regeneration.Stimulating bone marrow stem cells and the SDF-1-CXCR4 axis.The expression of SDF-1a and the regeneration of wound were induced by EMT.The treatment of diabetic foot with lateral tibial bone transfer has been widely accepted in clinic.Domestic orthopedic doctors are still not familiar with the systematic treatment scheme to promote the wound healing of diabetic foot by tibial lateral bone transfer.At present,it is believed that the treatment of diabetic foot with lateral tibial bone transfer should follow the combination of internal and surgical treatment,and the size of bone window and the length of moving time still need a large number of animal and clinical experiments.This article reviews the principle and clinical study of lateral tibial bone transfer in the treatment of diabetic foot.
