预检分诊与护理方案在急诊创伤患者中的效果分析

Abstract Objective To study the application effect of pre-examination triage and care programs in trauma patients in emergency.Methods All of 94 cases of emergency trauma in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine triage and care program,the experimental group was given pre-examination triage and care program,and comparative analysis of different groups of patients with clinical nursing failure rate and patients′clinical nursing satisfaction.Results The clinical nursing failure rate in the study group was 2.13%,which was lower than that in the control group (23.40%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The total satisfaction clinical nursing in the study group was 95.74%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of emergency trauma patients,the pre examination and nursing plan can provide patients with higher quality clinical nursing service,control the clinical nursing error rate effectively and achieve the expected clinical nursing effect,and the application value is more prominent.
