预见性护理风险管理在控制早产儿医院感染率中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of risk management of predictive care in preterm infants on reducing the risk of nosocomial infection.Methods A total of 100 neonates in our department from January to October in 2017 were divided into experimental group (n=50)and control group (n=50)using block randomization.In the control group,conventional nursing as an intervention was used,while in the experimental group,predictive nursing risk management as an intervention was adopted.The probability of nosocomial infection,incidence of adverse events,and difference of family members′satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of nosocomial infection was 8.00%in the experimental group,significantly lower than that in the control group accounting for 24.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 20.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group accounting for 38.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.The satisfaction score of the family members in the experimental group was greatly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Preterm infants receiving predictive nursing risk management can effectively reduce their chance of nosocomial infection and increase their family members′satisfaction with care,which is of great significance.
