| Effect analysis of Shengmaisan Decoction in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease angina pectoris with deficiency of qi and yin |

Abstract Objective To study the effect of Shengmaisan Decoction in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease angina pectoris with deficiency of qi and yin.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease angina pectoris treated in our hospital from April 1,2016 to April 2,2017 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the computer random method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the Compound Danshen Dripping Pills,and the observation group was treated with Shengmaisan Decoction.Dynamic electrocardiogram,clinical effect,blood lipid index,levels of blood glucose,C-reactive protein and homocysteine were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the dynamic electrocardiographic is chemic ST-T changes between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The change of dynamic electrocardiographic ischemic ST-T after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood lipid index before treatment between two groups(P>0.05).The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the level of high-density lipoprotein was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of high-density lipoprotein was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of blood glucose between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin after treatment in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of C-reactive protein and homocysteine between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein and homocysteine after treatment in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein and homocysteine after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengmaisan Decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease angina pectoris,which can effectively improve the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid and angina pectoris symptoms.
