开放式瘘管切除术治疗肛瘘的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of open fistula excision on anal fistula.Methods A total of 120 patients with anal fistula admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected as research objects,and divided into control group and observation group by sampling method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional fistula excision while the observation group was treated with open fistula excision.The hospital stay,wound healing time,clinical treatment effect,postoperative infection and recurrence were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The hospital stay and wound healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the infection rate and recurrence rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of open fistula resection in the surgical treatment of anal fistula is conducive to shortening the hospitalization time and wound healing time,promoting postoperative recovery,improving the cure rate,reducing the postoperative infection rate and reducing the postoperative recurrence rate.It has high clinical application value and is worthy of further promotion in anorectal department.
