腹腔镜术联合醋酸曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with Triptorelin Acetate in the treatment of endometriosis(EMT).Methods A total of 90 patients with EMT treated in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.In the observation group,laparoscopic surgery combined with Triptorelin Acetate was adopted,while in the control group,laparoscopic surgery with Gestrinone was used.The clinical indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,and recurrence rate were compared in the two groups.Results The recovery time of ovulation and menstruation in the observation group were(15.22±1.02)d and(26.52±1.02)d,significantly shorter than those of the control group,(23.59±1.65)d and(39.38±1.65)d respectively (P＜0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05）.The recurrence rate of patients with EMT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with Triptorelin Acetate obtains a significant effect on the treatment of EMT,and can effectively improve the patient′s various indicators in high safety simultaneously,which is worthy of study.
