Abstract Th22 cells are the newly discovery of CD4+T cell subsets in recent years.They can secrete interleukin-22(IL-22),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and a small amount of interleukin-13(IL-13)and interleukin-26(IL-20)and can express CCR6+,CCR4+and CCR10+in CC chemokine receptor(CCR),which are closely to the pathophysiology and homeostasis of the skin.In recent years,some studies have found that the expression level of Th22 cells in some skin diseases,especially in autoimmune dermatal diseases and their different development stages are significantly different,which suggests that Th22 cells may be closely related to the degree of disease activity,indicating that they may play a crucial role in immune dermatosis.The research reviews recent advances in the level of expression of Th22 cells in autoimmune dermatoses,so as to provide a theoretical basis for their role in this type of dermatology and also provide new ideas and insights for clear understanding of the pathogenesis and effective treatment of related diseases.
