优质护理模式在甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing model in perioperative nursing of thyroid surgery patients.Methods A total of 38 patients undergoing thyroid surgery in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group,and 38 patients undergoing thyroid surgery in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention based on this.The nursing satisfaction,SAS and SDS scores and the incidence of total adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions after nursing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing thyroid surgeries,the use of high-quality nursing mode in their perioperative care has an important value and role in improving the patient′s bad psychological status,increasing satisfaction,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.Therefore,it can be promoted in clinical practice.
