临床护理路径在心脏移植术患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing heart transplantation.Methods From January 2006 to January 2017,72 patients undergoing heart transplantation in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received clinical nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,SDS score,SAS score and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing heart transplantation can reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the psychological state of patients,and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing quality,which has clinical popularization value.
