通圣方对急性脑卒中闭证神经功能缺损、便秘及hs-CRP的影响

Abstract bjective To investigate the influence of Tongsheng Prescription on neurological function deficits,constipation and hs-CRP for acute cerebral apoplexy with blocking syndrome.Methods All of 60 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy with blocking syndrome hospitalized in Department of Encephalopathy of Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine or ICU from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups and there were 30 patients in each group.On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with Tongsheng Prescription while the control group was treated with Angong Niuhuang Pills.The course of treatment was 7 days.The neurological deficits,clinical symptom score of constipation and the change hs-CRP were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment 3,7 d,clinical symptoms score of constipation in the two groups were decreased,and clinical symptoms score of constipation in the treatment group after treatment 3,7 d was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment 7 d,NIHSS score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and NIHSS score in the treatment group after treatment 7 d was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum hs-CRP level of after treatment 7 d in the treatment group was significantly decreased,compared with before treatment in the same group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongsheng Decoction can improve the neurological function of deficits acute cerebral apoplexy with blocking syndrome,.It is speculated that the mechanism may be related to improving constipation symptoms and reducing inflammatory injury after cerebral apoplexy.
