延续护理在鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术患者中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To explore the value of continuous nursing in patients with dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016,120 patients with dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with continuous nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The total satisfaction,total compliance rate,the disappearance time of pyorrhea symptoms,the disappearance time of epiphora symptoms,the obstruction rate of lacrimal passage irrigation and the score of quality of life scale were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the observation group,the disappearance time of epiphora and pyorrhea was shorter than that in the control group,and the rate of lacrimal irrigation obstruction was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing intervention on endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is significant.
