输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的有效性评价

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope(F-URS)for renal calculi.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,118 patients with renal calculus were selected as the research objects,and divided into lithotripsy group and traditional group according to the different treatment methods,59 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with open lithotomy and the lithotripsy group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy.The therapeutic effect,the changes of operative indexes,postoperative fever rate,pain rate and stone removal rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of lithotripsy group was significantly higher than that of traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The operation time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of patients in lithotripsy group were shorter than those in traditional group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05)；the stone clearance rate,postoperative pain rate and postoperative fever rate in lithotripsy group were lower than those in traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with renal calculi,holmium laser lithotripsy under F-URS can not only reduce the incidence of postoperative pain and fever,but also shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time.To some extent,it is conducive to the recovery of patients,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
