针对性药学指导在糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of targeted pharmacological guidance in the patients with diabetes mellitus.MethodsA total of 138 patients with diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission,with 69 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine medication instructions.Patients in the experimental group were given scientific and comprehensive targeted pharmacological guidance.The intervention period was 6 months.The FPG,HbA1c,P 2 hBG levels,medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in FPG,HbA1c and P2 hBG levels before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the FPG,HbA1c,and P 2 h BG levels in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group and before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total medication compliance in the experimental group(95.65%)was higher than that in the control group(85.51%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the quality of life in the patients in the experimental group(94.20%)was higher than that in the control group(82.61%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific and comprehensive targeted pharmacological guidance for the patients with diabetes can improve medication compliance,improve blood glucose control,and reduce the impact of disease on the quality of life of patients.
