臭氧联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的效果分析

Abstract Objective To approach result of treatment kysthitis by ozone combined with nifuratel and nystatin vaginal ointment.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with vaginitis treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods：the control group(treated with nifuratel vaginal soft capsule alone)and the observation group(treated with ozone combined with nifuratel vaginal soft capsule),50 caes in each group.The clinical symptom scores,1,2,3 d clinical symptom remission rates and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The remission rate of clinical symptoms in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 1,2 and 3 days after treatment(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment kysthitis patients by ozone combined with nifuratel and nystatin vaginal ointment,linical symptoms and response duration is good,the result is idea,it is worth to be used.
