经尿道双极等离子前列腺剜除术对前列腺增生患者尿流动力学及性功能的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of urodynamics and sexual function of transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of the prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia(PKEP).Methods Eighty-five patients with prostatic hyperplasia admitted in our hospital from August 2012 to May 2017 were selected and divided into control group (n=42)and study group (n=43)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy(PKRP),and the study group was treated with PKEP.The surgical indicators,urodynamics and functional changes of the two groups were retrospectively compared and analyzed.Results The operation time,indwelling time of urine tube and hospitalization time of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in urodynamics between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,PVR in both groups was lower than that before operation,and Qmaxwas higher than that before operation,PVR of patients in study group was lower than that of control group,Qmaxof patients in study group was larger than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in sexual function between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the sexual function of patients in the control group was higher than that before operation,and that of patients in the study group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the sexual function of patients in the study group and that before operation(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The short time of operation of prostatic hyperplasia,less bleeding and quick recovery after PKEP can effectively improve the urethral function of the patients,and have little adverse effect on the sexual function.
