全膝关节置换术联合止痛四物汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of total knee arthroplasty combined with Zhitong Siwu Decoction on knee osteoarthritis and its influence on serum C reactive protein(CRP)level.Methods From January 2013 to January 2015,88 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with total knee arthroplasty,while the observation group was treated with Zhitong siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.CRP level,IL-1 level,knee flexion,HSS score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of CRP and IL-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment.the levels of CRP and IL-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the knee flexion and HSS score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the knee flexion and HSS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Total knee arthroplasty combined with Zhitong Siwu Decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of knee osteoarthritis,it can improve the score of knee joint,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
