动态心电图与常规心电图对冠心病心肌缺血、心律失常诊断价值的比较

Abstract Objective To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG)and conventional ECG on myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in coronary heart diseases(CHD).Methods The clinical data of 140 patients with CHD admitted into our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were analyzed.According to different examination methods,they were divided into group A(dynamic ECG)and group B(conventional ECG).All patients were confirmed by coronary angiography.Results The positivity rate of diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in group A was higher than that of group B.The proportions of diagnosis of ventricular arrhythmia,atrial arrhythmia,atrioventricular conduction block,and paroxysmal supraventicuar tachycardiain in group A were significantly higher than those in group B,which were all displayed statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The positivity rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia diagnosed by dynamic ECG are significantly higher compared with those using conventional ECG,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
