Application effect of integrative health education for pregnant women in pregnancy |

Abstract Objectives To explore the application effect of selective network interactive health education method for pregnant women with prenatal care.Methods From November 2015 to July 2017,114 elderly pregnant women were selected as the experimental objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by digital parity method,with 57 cases in each group.The control group chose traditional basic nursing mode,the observation group chose traditional basic nursing+network interactive health education mode.After 3 months of nursing,anxiety and depression,pregnancy health knowledge and self-efficacy scores were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pregnant health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The self-efficacy score of the elderly pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionReasonable choice of network interactive internet health education for pregnant women during pregnancy to provide prenatal care,by relieving anxiety and depression in older pregnant women to improve their cognitive awareness of health care during pregnancy and self-efficacy,can significantly improve the comprehensive effect of health care during pregnancy.
