The value of ultrasound elasticity imaging combined with digital mammography in the differential diagnosis of breast tumor |

Abstract Objective To expore the application value of ultrasound elasticity imaging combined with digital mammography in the diagnosis of breast tumor,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with breast tumor admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients with breast masses were confirmed by pathological examination.Ultrasound elastography and mammography were performed on the masses and compared with postoperative pathological results.The diagnostic accuracy of the two methods and the combined diagnostic accuracy were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between ultrasonic elastography and molybdenum target photography in the coincidence rate between ultrasonic elastography and molybdenum target photography(P>0.05).The coincidence rate between ultrasonic elastography and molybdenum target photography was significantly higher than that between ultrasonic elastography and molybdenum target photography,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the results between ultrasound elastography and mammography(P>0.05).Comparison of diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and ultrasonic elastography with molybdenum target photography,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),But there is an increasing trend.The accuracy of combined diagnosis was significantly higher than that of ultrasound elastography and mammography,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of ultrasound elasticity imaging combined with mammography is better than that of single diagnosis.It can be used widely in clinical application.
