心理护理对精神分裂患者康复期社会功能的干预效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 92 schizophrenic patients treated in our hospital from May 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The study group was given psychological nursing,the control group was given routine nursing,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in positive symptoms,negative symptoms,normal mental symptoms and total score between the study group and the control group(P＜0.05).The social function,professional ability,life ability,family function and total score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The patients′satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing is of great significance in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia,which can effectively promote the recovery of social functions,improve the quality of life and maintain a good doctor-patient relationship.
