心理护理干预对消化内镜检查患者焦虑情绪的影响探析

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on stem pre endoscopy patients′anxiety.Methods A total of 270 patients with digestive endoscopy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research object,and divided into control group and observation group according to the different methods of nursing and the voluntary of the patients,135 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing method,while the observation group was given psychological nursing method.Before and after nursing,anxietyself-rating scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS)and test results were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were compared,the differences were no statistically significant(P＞0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the effect of digestive endoscopy in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Applying psychological nursing to patients undergoing digestive endoscopy can help relieve patients′inner pressure,effectively reduce patients′pain during examination,and is conducive to the smooth development of the examination.It is worthy of wide application in clinic.
