丹参多酚酸配合常规治疗急性脑梗死的可行性分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze the feasibility of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Polyphenols combined with routine therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.MethodsSeventy-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as observation objects and divided into control group(n=39,conventional therapy)and treatment group (n=39,given Salvia Polyphenols with conventional therapy),according to the random number table method.The treatment effect,NIHSS score before and after treatment changes,adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment for 1 and 2 weeks,the NIHSS scores of two groups were lower than that before treatment,the NIHSS score of the treatment group was lower than that in the controi group(P＜0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Salviae Miltiorrhizae Polyphenols combined with routine therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with exact effect,can effectively improve the neurological deficit,safe and feasible,and can be used as an ideal treatment in clinical active promotion.
