人本原理在康复科护理管理中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of humanism principle in nursing management in rehabilitation department,to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of nursing management scheme in rehabilitation department.Methods A total of 180 patients admitted into in rehabilitation department of our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research object and they were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number method.Patients in the control group were given the routine nursing intervention while patients in the observation group were given humanism nursing intervention guided by the humanism principle.Selfknowledge,adaptive ability,behavior laziness and depression were compared between the two groups,and satisfaction degree of nursing in patients was investigated.Results In the discharge,the self-knowledge score of the experimental group was(7.34±1.23)points,which was higher than that of the control group([5.12±2.92]points),and the adaptive ability score of the experimental group was(8.42±1.32)points,which was higher than that of the control group([5.29±1.03]points),and the score of behavioral laziness was(4.94±1.45)points,which was lower than that of the control group([7.22±2.32]points),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the discharge,the depression score of the experimental group was(36.94±1.80)points,which was lower than that of the control group([46.92±2.34]points),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the discharge,the satisfaction degree of nursing in patients of the experimental group(76.67%)was higher than that of the control group (56.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Humanism nursing conducted in the nursing of rehabilitation department can improve the patients′self-knowledge and adaptive ability,reduce the degree of behavior laziness and depression,and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing of patients.
