子午流注开穴贴敷与内服中药辨证治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture sticking and oral administration of Chinese herbs in pattern identification in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,150 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine treatment.The observation group was divided into four syndromes according to TCM syndrome type,and treated with oral decoction combined with topical Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture according to the method of syndrome types.Results The WOMAC score of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P＞0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the WOMAC scores in the observation group were significantly lower those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment in CRP and IL-6(P＞0.05).CRP and IL-6 in the observation group after treatment of 1,3,6 months were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of acupoint application on ideal Ziwuliuzhu and oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is conducive to the improvement of WOMAC score of patients,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical application.
