| Clinical effect of Cefonicid combined with Xuebijing Injection in the treatment of senile patients with community acquired pneumonia |

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Cefonicid combined with Xuebijing Injection in the treatment of senile patients with community acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods From February 2016 to August 2017,112 senile patients with CAP treated in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random digital table method,and each group was 56 cases.The control group was treated with Cefonicid for intravenous infusion,and the observation group was treated with Xuebijing Injection on the basis of the control group.At the same time,the basic diseases were actively treated,symptomatic treatment and support treatment were carried out.The clinical effect,inflammation markers and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.4%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(76.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of white blood cell count,high sensitivity C-reactive protein and proealcitonin 14 days after treatment of the two groups were statistically lower than those before treatment,while the indicators of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Both groups had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion The clinical effect and inflammation markers of Cefonicid combined with Xuebijing Injection in the treatment of senile patients with CAP is better than Cefonicid alone,and there was no serious adverse reaction.
