| Application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans |

Abstract Objective To carry out the corresponding clinical nursing pathway for patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans treated by different surgical methods,so as to provide reference data for clinical nursing research.Methods Literature review,medical record review and nursing experience were combined to design the clinical nursing pathway and the implementation procedure of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.80 cases of arteriosclerosis were randomly selected from January 2015 to June 2016 in our department were occlusive disease patients were studied by retrospective analysis method,the design and development of arteriosclerosis obliterans clinical nursing path.Divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group.The control group was used routine nursing plan before the implementation of the path,and the experimental group was adopted the corresponding clinical nursing path according to different surgical methods.The average hospitalization time,rehabilitation time and satisfaction degree of nursing contents and health education among the two groups were used as the basis for evaluating the effect of nursing.Results The total satisfaction degree of nursing and health education in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The average hospitalization time and postoperative rehabilitation time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing path in patients with occlusion in different surgical treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis,can significantly shorten the time in hospital time and rehabilitation of patients after operation,to speed up the bed turnover,improve patient satisfaction with nursing work,promotion and should obtain better economic benefits and social benefits can be used in clinical work.
