结合雌激素软膏联合保妇康凝胶治疗老年糖尿病阴道炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Conjugated Estrogens Ointment combined with Baofukang Gel in the treatment of elderly diabetic vaginitis.Methods From March 2016 to December 2017,54 cases of elderly diabetes vaginitis patients treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and the random number table method was used to divide them into the comparison group and the research group,with 27 cases in each group.The patients in the comparison group were treated with Conjugated Estrogens Ointment alone,and patients in the research group were treated with the Conjugated Estrogens Ointment combined with Baofukang Gel.The total score of clinical manifestations of the two groups before and after treatment was compared,the clinical treatment effect and adverse reaction of the two groups after treatment were also compared.Results Before treatment,the total score of clinical manifestations was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05),after treatment,the total score of clinical manifestations of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group and before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Estrogen Ointment and Baofukang Gel in the treatment of senile diabetic vaginitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and control the disease.
