Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and uterine cavity filling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after caesarean section of placenta previa.Methods From January 2016 to October 2017,76 cases of placenta previa and cesarean section were selected in our department of gynecology and obstetrics.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,38 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and uterine packing treatment,the control group was given simple Carboprost Tromethamine Injection treatment,were compared between the two groups after 2 and 24 h of bleeding,blood pressure,pulse and blood oxygen saturation.Results The amount of bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group 2 and 24 hours after delivery.After intervention,the blood pressure,pulse and oxygen saturation index of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and uterine packing compared to give Carboprost Tromethamine Injection，can reduce the amount of bleeding of cesarean section for placenta previa puerperal,improve blood pressure,pulse and blood oxygen saturation,provide data and experience for the clinical application of this therapy.
